What is tallow and why do you use it?
Tallow is a nutrient-rich fat sourced from 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef suet. It closely mimics the natural oils in human skin, making it highly absorbable and deeply nourishing. It’s packed with vitamins A, D, E, and K, and supports skin barrier function, hydration, and healing — making it ideal for all skin types.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our products are formulated to be gentle and non-irritating. Naked Whip is completely free from essential oils, fragrances, and additives, making it perfect for sensitive, allergy-prone, or baby skin.
Can I use MoM Skincare products on my face?
Absolutely. Our whips are designed for full-body use, including the face. They’re non-comedogenic and rich in skin-loving nutrients, making them suitable for dry, oily, and combination skin.
Are your products vegan?
No. Our products contain beef tallow, a natural animal fat. While not vegan, our tallow is ethically sourced from 100% grass-fed, grass-finished cattle, supporting regenerative farming and sustainability.
Do your products contain preservatives or synthetic ingredients?
No. We believe in skincare that’s as close to nature as possible. Our products contain no preservatives, synthetic fragrances, parabens, or artificial additives — just pure, clean ingredients.
How should I store my tallow whip?
Store your whip in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. In warmer temperatures, it may soften or melt slightly — this is completely natural. If this happens, simply pop it in the fridge for a short time to restore firmness.
How long do your products last?
Our tallow whips typically have a shelf life of 6–12 months. As we don’t use synthetic preservatives, we recommend using clean, dry hands or a spatula when applying to extend freshness.
Are your products safe during pregnancy?
Naked Whip is the best choice for pregnancy, as it contains no essential oils. For other varieties containing essential oils (like Happy Whip or Sunny Whip), we recommend checking with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.
